Sea Shell Thrive! Rose

Gardeners are beginning to get out and start their gardening projects. New, exciting plants are shipping to garden centers right now! In some cases there is a limited supply, so to get the hot plants that you have read about all winter; you need to be the first out to your local garden center.

Thrive!®, a new collection of landscape shrub rose, are strong and healthy descendants of The Knock Out® Rose. Although it is hard to follow in the footsteps of Grandfather Knock Out®, these varieties can hold their own with hard- to-miss, bright, profuse blooms that last all season. Winter hardy to zone 5.

The newest in the series is Sea Shell Thrive! Rose. A 2013 Exclusive to the Plants That Work collection. This means that you can only purchase them at your local independent garden center. Flowers open shell pink with a yellow center, and then fade to pastel pink. The spent flowers drop off cleanly, one of its low maintenance features. Plant habit is very uniform and rounded in shape. An exceptionally disease resistant shrub rose.
