Important Announcement

Attention Customers & Visitors,

Route 83 (Center Rd) will be closed at the Mills Rd intersection, just south of Premier Plant Solutions / Willoway Nurseries Avon locations on or around July 10th for at least 120 days. The below information is an excerpt from a public announcement delivered to Avon & North Ridgeville Residents and Businesses by KMU Trucking & Excavating:

"On or about July 10, 2017, KMU Trucking & Excavating will begin constructing the roundabout at the intersection of State Route 83 and Mills Rd in Avon, OH.

KMU will be building a bypass road on the north-east quadrant of the intersection. The bypass road should be completed on or around the second week of August 2017. At that time, all traffic will be diverted to the one lane bypass road which will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal. This is being done in the interest of safety. Local and emergency access to businesses and properties within the work area will be maintained at all times. The duration of the job is approximately 120 days. With any construction project, there are inevitably going to be inconveniences in addition to construction noise from the work that is ongoing. We will make every effort to keep these inconveniences to a minimum. Your patience during this work is greatly appreciated.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact Cathy Becker, North Ridgeville Engineering Department at 440-353-0842 or Michael Farmer, City of Avon Service Director at 440-937-5766."

You may also call Premier Plant Solutions at 440-934-4621 if you have any questions. We will remain open as normal during construction.

Program Spotlight

The Champion Program

In our quest for continuous improvement we felt the need to improve communications both internally and with you our customers. Our answer "The Champion Program"

The Champion Program is an initiative started at Willoway in 2017 to improve communications and connect you, the customer, to the nursery and our experienced growers through the inside sales team.

The Champion, your inside sales representative, meets with the growers weekly in the nursery to review the crops giving them an up to date understanding of their assigned areas.

The growers and the Champions work together to share the behind the scene stories and choose the PRIME plants to feature in our weekly Grower's Choice list and our Willoway Newsletter.

What are the benefits to you?

  • Up to date pictures of featured crops each week.
  • Real time information on crops each week.
  • Answers to your important questions in a timely fashion.
  • You will know what is prime for the following week for you and your customers.

Distribution Centers

We are pleased to announce the formation of Premier Plant Solutions, your trusted source for high quality plants and a knowledgeable staff! Premier Plant Solutions is the culmination of the merging of Quality Plant Productions, Inc. and Willoway Nurseries Wholesale Distribution Centers. Our Avon, Broadview Heights, and Hilliard locations are now one entity to better serve the landscape community.

Over the past few months, the hard working staff of Premier Plant Solutions has been busy developing and implementing Best Management Practices to better serve you, our customer. Our goal is to work together with you to enhance our partnership and build trust so we earn the right to be your number one plant supplier.

We are focusing on exploring ways to reduce the time and money you spend sourcing quality plant material. This will allow you to devote more time to do what you do best: install great landscapes! Some of the services we have improved include quicker loading times for pickups, expanding pre-pulled orders, increased delivery capacity, and the ability to source all of your plant needs with our new "Plant Locator" service.

The same knowledgeable staff you have known over the years is excited about the 2016 season. Thank you for your dedication to Willoway and Quality over the years. We are very excited about our future together and look forward to fulfilling your plant needs for the upcoming season and many more to come.
